We love to give our Members access to the Pool's Pavilions to help with celebrating all events. Reserving a pavilion is quick and easy!
1. Download and complete the below form.
2. Email it to our Club Manager HERE, or give a hard copy of the completed form to the Manager On Duty the next time you're at the pool.
3. The Manager will clear availability and staffing on the day and time requested and will follow-up with you to confirm the reservation and secure payment.
The number of guests allowed within the allotted space will be at the Club Manager's discretion.
Before or on the day of the party, we'll ask that you provide a guest list at the front desk. This will help facilitate sign-in of party attendees and the payment of guest fees.
NON-MEMBER GUEST FEES There is a reduced per guest fee of $5.00 for any Non-Members attending the party / pavilion rental. This fee can either be covered by the host/hostess (at the end of the party), or can be paid by the individuals visiting (as they arrive). Guest fees are cash only. Guest fees apply for any non-member party guests who are enjoying the Club/facility, regardless of whether they are swimming. These reduced guest fee rates DO NOT APPLY for larger, school parties.
