We love to give our Members access to the Pool's Pavilions to help with celebrating all events. Reserving a pavilion is quick and easy!

Please note we ARE NOT accepting requests for 2026 until early May 2026.

Notes: 

The number of guests allowed within the allotted space will be at the Club Manager's discretion. 

Before or on the day of the party, we'll ask that you provide a guest list at the front desk. This will help facilitate sign-in of party attendees and the payment of guest fees. 

NON-MEMBER GUEST FEES There is a reduced per guest fee of $5.00 for any Non-Members attending the party / pavilion rental. This fee can either be covered by the host/hostess (at the end of the party), or can be paid by the individuals visiting (as they arrive). Guest fees are cash only.  Guest fees apply for any non-member party guests who are enjoying the Club/facility, regardless of whether they are swimming. These reduced guest fee rates DO NOT APPLY for larger, school parties. Please check out the Private Party Policy for full details. 

3-HOUR PAVILION RENTAL OPTIONS

Please see the 2026 Pavilion Rental Form to the left, once it is available. Below list our pavilion and pricing options.

Please note there is a $25 cancellation fee for all rentals. Rentals cancelled within two weeks of the rental date and no-shows will be charged the full rental amount.

1. Full, Smaller Pavilion (center/back of pool) $100

2. Full, Larger Pavilion (side by play yard) $125

3. Full, Larger Pavilion (side by tennis courts) $125

4. Half of the Larger Pavilions listed above $75

The awnings by the Baby Pool and Diving well are not rentable. 

• Private parties must be scheduled in advance by an adult member of  the Club. The club keeps a master calendar online.  Parties must be scheduled and approved. In the event of  any conflict, the pool manager and/or board has final approval for scheduling.
• The member scheduling the party must also be present during the said party.
• There is a limit on the number of pavilions allowed to be rented at any one given time. Please be familiar with these rules. If there is a request that differs from the below, this MUST be reviewed and approved by the Board. 
• WEEKDAYS (Mon-Thur) – (2) Large Pavilion + (2) Small Pavilion rentals are allowed per day, no overlap in times. NO PAVILION RENTALS on days that we have social events or home swim meets.
• WEEKENDS (Fri-Sun) – (1) Large Pavilion + (1) Small Pavilion rental per time slot per day, no overlap in times. NO PAVILION RENTALS on days that we have social events or home swim meets.
• When providing attendance numbers for the party, Members must give an  accurate count of attendees. Staffing may need to be adjusted to accommodate the total number of attendees inside the facility.
• Private party areas may not be reserved over Holiday weekends, including the following holidays:  Opening Day  and Independence Day, on dates where there are pool functions (swim and dive meets, as well as pool social events), as these have priority over private parties. Private parties of over 60 may not reserve the pavilion on weekend evenings and/or would require board approval.
• The Baby Pool awning, diving well awning and the patio area adjacent to the snack bar may not be reserved.
• Private parties can be reserved in one of the slots listed on the availability calendar, including set up time. If you request a different timeframe this will need to be approved by the Club Manager and Board. 
•  A “first-come-first-served" policy will be observed in the instance of any high demand  reservation times. Out of fairness to all members, a party reservation that you know will not be used, should be canceled as soon as possible to prevent additional fees. All cancelations will incur at $25 fee. If the club closes and your event is canceled by the club, you will be permitted to reschedule.
• There is a guest fee that will need to be collected for any Non-Members who are attending the party / pavilion rental, in addition to the space / pavilion rental fees. This guest fee can be paid for by the host/hostess (at the end of the party) or by the individuals visiting (upon entry into the Club). These guest fees are not refundable, and will be put towards the additional lifeguard and maintenance staffing necessary to maintain safety for all of those in attendance.
• The reduced guest fees DO NOT APPLY to larger school parties. In this case, regular guest fees of $10 would be put towards the additional lifeguard and maintenance staffing necessary to maintain safety for all of those in attendance.
• Party guests are expected to comply with the rules of the Club, and the manager on duty may halt a party and/or eject individual participants at his or her discretion if the guest’s behavior is not compatible with the rules of the Club.
• Food may be brought into the facility for a party, but no glass containers of any kind are permitted. The party host is responsible for the clean up after the party, making sure that the pool grounds are left in the same condition after the party as they were before the party.
• Hosts renting a pavilion MAY NOT use other tables or loungers outside of the rented pavilion for use at their party (for sitting, storing items, etc). These MUST remain open to our Membership to use. 
• The club does not permit under-aged consumption of alcohol.  Member who hold private parties are expected to comply with that policy  and ensure that their guests do as well.
